When a group of high school students in Georgia had had enough with school board meetings, they built out a guide for equitable meetings that would promote their participation. The SPLC saw this work and wanted to support them. We were hired to create one single guide from the dispersed and disjointed work of many contributors and experts.

A long-time client, Made by Change comes to us when completing reports, analyses, and recommendations for their clients. We review for grammar of course, but they’ve chosen us for our focus on language that promotes equity and inclusion and ability to thoughtfully structure content.
